We are seeking an experienced Casual Early Childhood Educator with flexible availability Monday to Friday to support our team across shifts between 6:30 am and 6:00 pm. Located on‑site at Star of the Sea Primary School, our centre has been proudly supporting local families for over 10 years.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the delivery of a high‑quality, inclusive, educational program.
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing workplace.
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Participate in professional and personal development.

Job Requirements

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines) or willingness to complete the studies.
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) from the Queensland Government.
- Experience in an inclusion support role (highly desirable).
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Law/Regulations.
- Conversant with Early Years Learning Framework & the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
- Effective oral and written communication within the workplace.




- Completed Child Safety Training certificate.
