Our customers call upon us to service and maintain their electrical equipment including Kitchen Catering Equipment and Ovens, Laundry Equipment and Auto Doors.
Responsibilities
- Work without supervision to resolve service and maintenance issues critical to our customers' operations.
- Proven technical & mechanical experience.
- Proactively maintain and work towards the reliability of our customers' equipment.
- Communicate effectively with both internal work groups and external partners.
- Provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates to our customers.
- Be able to travel to various locations within the region in a company provided vehicle.
- Current driver's licence required for travel to various customer locations.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have valid Australian work rights or appropriate visa to work in Australia.
- Trade-qualified Electrician with a current electrical licence.
- Unrestricted electrical licence required.
- Excellent fault-finding abilities.
- Actively participate in and promote company safety programs.
- Attention to detail in completing necessary paperwork.
- A professional "can do" attitude and appearance.
- Experience in similar role preferred but not essential.
- Work without supervision to resolve a diverse range of electrical issues.
- Demonstrate an understanding of domestic house wiring and keen fault finding ability.
- Be able to complete all tasks to a high quality taking into account current wiring rules and regulations without exception.
- Accurately record time and materials used on a daily basis.
- Communicate effectively with both internal work groups and external clients.
- Be able to travel to various locations within the region in a company provided vehicle.
- Enjoy a 9 day fortnight, a long weekend every second weekend.
