About the opportunity
The Mental Health and Wellbeing Local is a welcoming, inclusive and community-based service supporting people to connect with the care they need, in a way that works for them. As our Service Support Officer, you'll play a key role in creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone who visits – whether it’s participants, carers, families or service partners. You’ll be the friendly face as community members visit the service and the calm voice on the phone, helping people feel respected and at ease from the moment they reach out. You'll also support the day-to-day running of the service; keeping things organised and well-coordinated so that, together, the team are better equipped to focus on delivering person-centred care.
