About the Role: We are looking for someone who can provide engaging, developmentally appropriate and high‑quality support to students with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality learning and wellbeing support for primary‑aged students, aligned with the WA Curriculum
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom workplace that supports student engagement and individual needs
- Assist in monitoring student progress and offer timely, constructive feedback to support growth in line with SCSA Achievement Standards
- Model and promote the Catholic ethos, values and pastoral care principles of the College
- Collaborate effectively with teachers and colleagues, contributing to innovative support strategies and learning resources
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with students, families and staff
- Uphold Child Safe School guidelines and prioritise the safety and wellbeing of all students
- Engage in ongoing professional learning and contribute to cocurricular and whole‑school activities

- Demonstrates strong knowledge of inclusive practices and contemporary support strategies
- Values relationships and helps foster a supportive, respectful and nurturing learning environment
- Is committed to continuous improvement and reflective practice

- Works collaboratively and contributes positively to our school community
Qualifications Required
- Relevant experience and/or Diploma in Education and Cert III Educational Support
- Accreditation to teach in a Catholic school (or willingness to obtain)
- Commitment to CEWA Child Safe Framework
