We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join a Golf Club’s restaurant and event venue. As the Second in Charge, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, maintain high food standards, and support the team in delivering exceptional dishes for daily service and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and kitchen management.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Uphold food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
- Contribute to special event catering.
