Carpenter – Full Time
D & R Investment Pty Ltd trading as Right Crew
Location: Cranbourne, Victoria
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum (base salary)

Right Crew is seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join its growing team in Cranbourne. This is a full time position offering stable employment, competitive remuneration, and the opportunity to work across a variety of residential and commercial projects.
About the Role
The successful candidate will undertake a broad range of carpentry duties, contributing to high quality construction and installation work. You will interpret technical plans, prepare materials, construct structural components, and ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Interpreting building plans, sketches and specifications to identify required materials, measurements and installation methods.
• Selecting and organising timber, hardware and other materials, and preparing accurate site layouts.
• Shaping, cutting and preparing materials, then assembling, fastening and securing components to form structural and finished elements.
• Constructing and installing framing systems, roof structures, flooring components and verifying accuracy, alignment and structural integrity.
• Installing external cladding, window and door frames, roof sheathing, fascia boards and other exterior finishes.
• Fabricating and assembling timber sections and fittings ready for installation.
• Forming precise timber joints for structural and decorative purposes.
• Constructing concrete formwork when required.




• Repairing or replacing existing timber fixtures and fittings.
• Working with additional materials such as laminates, perspex and metal where project requirements demand.

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum AQF Certificate IV in Carpentry or equivalent qualification.
• At least two (2) years of full time experience as a Carpenter.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, safety standards and industry best practice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
