- Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper documentation of stock movements.
- Utilise Cargowise software to track shipments and manage logistics data.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any logistics issues.
- Perform regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Provide support to the logistics team to meet operational targets.

A successful Warehouse Coordinator should have:

- Experience working within a logistics or warehouse workplace.
- Proficiency in using CargoWise software or similar logistics tools.




- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of warehouse safety and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
