Founder Storytelling & Content Intern

Hyphae is a community to form friendships between early-stage founders in Bris. However, we want to expand our social media and platform to become the voice for young founders here. We're looking for someone who can go behind the scenes with the founders on our board — capturing their stories, their journeys, and the messy, exciting reality of building a startup from zero to one, and be able to turn that into content that makes people inspired and want to be part of this ecosystem.This is a role for someone who's genuinely curious about the startup world and wants a front-row seat to how founders think, decide, and build while helping tell their stories to a wider audience.
responsibilities
- Help plan, script, and film short-form founder interviews and behind-the-scenes content ( Reels, LinkedIn)
- Help turn founder conversations into compelling narrative content
- Sit in on founder conversations/events where possible to tell authentic stories
- Manage a content calendar and consistently publish across Hyphae's channels
- Collaborate with Em on tone, direction, to build as stronger brand for Hyphae
requirements
No background required but preferred:
- scripting and storytelling instincts
- videography and basic editing experience (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
- existing presence or interest in growing a personal or brand social channel
- genuine interest in startups, early-stage building, and founder journeys
- comfortable interviewing people you haven't met before
- self-starter who can work with minimal oversight and figure things out
