Silk Hospitality is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at a luxury hotel in Adelaide .

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department. You'll lead and support your team, maintain high presentation standards throughout the hotel, and help ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
- Lead, coach, train, and support housekeeping team members
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard
- Conduct routine quality inspections and provide feedback
- Allocate daily workloads and monitor productivity
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries




- Liaise effectively with other hotel departments
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records
- Manage incoming calls and ensure messages are actioned efficiently
- Uphold hotel brand standards and escalate operational issues where required

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- The ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, proactive, and hands-on approach
- Availability to work 30 hours per week
