- Assist the Senior Client Manager in managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing client inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including financial data, correspondence, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and stay updated on changes in accounting standards and practices
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary documentation and setting up client accounts
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Australian accounting / client-facing role in a public practice or accounting firm
- Proficiency in accounting software Xero
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
