Your new role
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised exercise programmes for clients with a range of health conditions and rehabilitation needs
- Deliver evidence-based exercise interventions to support injury recovery, chronic disease management, and overall wellbeing
- Educate and empower clients to achieve sustainable health and lifestyle outcomes.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to maximise results.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Liaise with medical practitioners, allied health professionals, insurers, and other stakeholders regarding client care
- Contribute to a collaborative and patient-focused team environment
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Clinical Exercise Physiology
- ESSA accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)
- Strong understanding of exercise prescription, rehabilitation, and chronic disease management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse client base across all ages and abilities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Current driving licence and relevant clearances as required
