Your new role:

Provide exceptional mentoring and tailored support to apprentices throughout their learning journey.

Build meaningful relationships with both apprentices and employers, ensuring strong outcomes.

Manage your own caseload of clients, offering personalised guidance and problem-solving support.

Monitor apprentice progress and provide timely interventions when needed.

Work within the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services framework to deliver enhanced support services.

Drive apprentices from day one, increasing completion rates and positive outcomes for apprentices.
