Your new role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of retirement living developments, managing multi-stage projects typically consisting of up to 20 homes per stage. You will oversee projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

- End-to-end project management from head contract to handover
- Programming, procurement, and budget oversight
- Managing and supporting site teams and Contract Administrators
- Liaising with clients and key stakeholders
- Driving project performance and maintaining high-quality outcomes




- Ensuring solid communication and leadership across the team

What you’ll need to succeed

- Proven experience managing similar large-scale residential or retirement living projects
- Ability to oversee high-volume builds (up to 150 dwellings per year)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Trade background (Carpentry preferred) and/or relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience with construction software (e.g. Jonas Premier) advantageous
- A team-focused attitude and cultural alignment with a collaborative business
