The Role

Our client is a renowned National full-service firm, constantly ranked amongst the most appealing places to work within the legal market. They are seeking a senior back-end construction lawyer to bolster their team thanks to a very strong pipeline of compelling work.

The successful candidate will practise across disputes in the energy, transport, mining and property development sectors. In particular:

- Disputes relating to time (extension of time and delay costs), variations and defects (including latent defects) arising on construction and infrastructure projects;
- Litigated construction disputes in Victorian Courts;
- Arbitrations under domestic commercial arbitration legislation in Australia.
