Uniting Vic.Tas is seeking a Practitioner for the School Attendance Support Program (SASP) to support attendance in Cranbourne, Clyde, Clyde North and Cardinia. The role is part time (4 days/week) on a maximum-term basis, based in Pakenham, with parental leave cover until 15 October 2027.
You will collaborate with schools, identify barriers to attendance, and connect families with services while applying a family-centered approach. Relevant social work or psychology qualifications are required.
