Ventia is seeking a National Safety, Health, Setting and Quality (SHEQ) Manager to lead strategic SHEQ initiatives across Defence Base Services contracts in Australia. The role supports a hybrid model with a preference for Cremorne, VIC, and offers national impact and leadership responsibility.

You will drive SHEQ systems nationwide, oversee investigations and audits, and provide expert guidance to senior leaders on safety, environment and quality matters.
