WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You'll take ownership of the marketing function, balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on execution across digital channels including paid media, ecommerce, CRM, SEO and content. Working alongside a small internal team and external agency partners, you'll drive customer acquisition, optimise marketing performance and play a key role in shaping the next stage of the company's growth.

- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy
- Own marketing performance, revenue targets, ROAS and customer acquisition metrics
- Lead paid media activity across Meta and Google alongside agency partners
- Oversee ecommerce performance, conversion optimisation and website growth
- Manage CRM and lifecycle marketing, including email strategy
- Lead and mentor a small internal marketing team while managing external agency relationships
- Identify new growth opportunities as the business expands into new markets
