Bakers Delight Traralgon is looking for a retail senior to join the team part time. You'll be the steady presence on the floor, the one regulars know by name, and a big part of keeping the store humming through busy periods.
What you're doing
- Leading the front of house and setting the tone for the team
- Delivering the kind of service that turns first-timers into regulars
- Supporting the manager with stock, displays, and daily operations
- Helping train and develop newer team members
What we're looking for
- Retail experience, ideally in a food or hospitality setting
- Strong customer focus and the ability to lead a shift confidently
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable in a rapid-paced morning environment
- Someone who'll fit into a friendly, hard-working team
