Healthscope Independence Services is seeking an Area Manager to lead our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services operating within the NDIS framework across our network in the NT region.

You will provide strategic leadership to support workers, manage rosters and compliance, drive client-centred practice, and ensure high-quality, safe and effective service delivery while maintaining a values-driven culture.
