About The Team

Our national Insurance & Health practice combines deep industry knowledge with local expertise and the highest standards of client service. Our team of more than 300 specialist lawyers has the depth of experience and agility to help our clients, both in Australia and overseas, to navigate the complex risk landscape and support their insureds.

About The Role

An engaging opportunity awaits you as an Associate in our growing CTP team in Brisbane. The role will involve a range of CTP matters from single to multi-vehicle accident claims, common whiplash through to major and catastrophic injury claims, complex liability disputes and strongly contested damages claim. You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists in their field headed up by Stewart Boland – a principal committed to empowering you and your career progression.

About You

- 3+ years PAE in defendant insurance (ideally in CTP);
- you can efficiently manage your own file load;
- you enjoy building client relationships and achieving excellent outcomes;




- you are a problem-solver who values collaboration and understands the importance of robust working relationships.
