The Role:
Our Home Help Personal Carer provides assistance with daily activities such as personal care, cleaning, and companionship, ensuring that clients receive the best possible support in the comfort of their own homes.
- Experience: Previous caregiving experience is preferred with a willingness to provide both housework and personal care.
- Reliable & Dependable: Must be punctual and trustworthy, with a commitment to providing the best care possible.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You’ll be working closely with clients and their families, with clear and kind communication.

Details of appointment:
Permanent, part time, day worker position, working up to 27 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed upon date.
- notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary:
$59,668 to $65,185 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2025.
Salary Packaging:
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.

- Certificate 3 in Individual Support / Aged Care or other relevant qualifications if employed to provide personal care
