Interim Head of Finance | 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

This is a rare 9-month fixed term opportunity for an accomplished finance leader to step into a highly visible leadership role within a well-regarded not for profit organisation.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll help shape financial strategy, lead a capable finance team and partner closely with the Executive Team and Board during a period of growth and transformation.

We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates from commercial environments who are looking to broaden their experience while continuing to operate at a strategic level or candidates with a background in commercial and not for profit.

As Interim Head of Finance, you will:

- Partner with the CFO, CEO and Executive Team on strategic financial decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
- Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis
- Deliver insightful executive and board reporting
- Lead and develop the finance team across financial control, reporting and compliance
- Oversee cashflow,



risk management and governance processes
- Support audit, statutory reporting and funding compliance requirements
- Drive process improvements, automation and finance transformation initiatives
- Provide high-quality business partnering and commercial advice across the organisation
- Help ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the organisation

About You:

You may currently be a Senior Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Finance Director, or senior commercial finance leader looking for a unique opportunity to broaden your experience.

You'll bring:

- Proven senior finance leadership experience
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
- Experience partnering with executives and presenting to boards
- A track record of developing teams and improving performance
- Robust commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Previous NFP experience is welcomed but not essential.
