- 5+ years' experience in Data Engineering
- At least 3 years of hands-on Snowflake implementation experience
- Solid knowledge of Snowflake features including Snowpark, Dynamic Tables, Marketplace and performance optimisation
- Experience building semantic data models and enterprise reporting solutions
- Strong SQL and ETL/ELT development skills
- Experience integrating Snowflake with Power BI or similar BI platforms
- Cloud experience across Azure, AWS or GCP
- DevOps, CI/CD and automation experience
- Strong understanding of data governance, security and compliance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams and executive stakeholders
