- Permanent Part Time opportunity - work 22.5 hours per week (Flexible with days/times)
Move from 4 weeks to 5 weeks paid leave after 3 years of service
In a Nutshell:
As an AKG Job Coach you will be responsible for ensuring all customers on your caseload receive efficient and effective delivery of Employment Services to gain sustainable employment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Help clients identify strengths and secure work
Deliver quality service to customers, employers and stakeholders
Build customer capacity for sustainable employment
Develop tailored job plans for each employment journey
Build relationships with employers, training and community organisations
Accurate and timely data entry
About You:
Passionate about supporting customers and working with local community networks
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Experience in a performance-driven workplace
Requirements:
Full working rights in Australia
Australian criminal history check
Current, or willingness to obtain, Working with Children Check
Work in the Busselton office, hours of business operation are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
