BlueCare Labrador Aged Care Facility is recruiting a Wellness Partner on a permanent part‑time basis (2 days per week: Monday and Friday, 8am–5pm). The role focuses on delivering engaging wellness activities, building relationships with residents and collaborating with care teams to align programs with resident needs.

You will support volunteers, conduct lifestyle assessments (with supervision), and ensure secure, welcoming activity spaces while following WHS and IPC policies.
