You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming, trauma-informed experience while handling reception, intake coordination, appointment scheduling, and documentation management to ensure smooth daily operation.

The role requires discretion and compassion when supporting people in distress, with the 24/7 CSC workplace guided by trauma-informed, zero-suicide
