What You’ll be Responsible for
- Lead process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical expertise on water quality, wastewater treatment, and recycled water management
- Conduct process reviews and investigations to optimise plant performance
- Mentor operational and technical teams
- Drive Net Zero initiatives to reduce chemical and energy consumption
- Ensure treated water meets contractual standards and regulatory requirements
- Support business development and capital planning
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- Tertiary qualifications in chemical engineering or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in water or wastewater treatment operationsSound knowledge of Australian Drinking Water Guidelines and relevant environmental legislation
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
