APM WorkCare is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support people as they rebuild confidence, independence and hope after injury or illness. You’ll walk alongside clients through recovery, return to work, and help them reconnect with what matters most.
You’ll meet clients in person or virtually, conduct vocational assessments, provide supportive counselling, and create practical return-to-work plans with clients, employers and healthcare partners.
