Anglo American is seeking a Production Supervisor for Capcoal Surface Operations in Middlemount, Queensland. You will lead a 20-strong crew, driving secure and efficient production within a large open-cut mining context.
Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will coach and develop the team, coordinate personnel, equipment and schedules, and collaborate with other on-site departments to meet targets and standards.
