Assistant Store Manager - Full-Time, Salaried

An exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Seafolly Miranda!

You will be a positive and inclusive leader whose focus is on creating customer experiences to empower women to feel confident at the beach, whilst supporting the Cluster Manager to foster an inclusive and fun working environment for your team.

This role is for someone eager to develop their retail management career and skills.

This is a full time, permanent role working 38 hours per week (Sunday to Thursday, late finish on Thursday)

You will:

Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture

Deliver training regularly to develop your team on exceptional customer service and styling

Ensure your store always represents and meets the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standards

Complete operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock, and financial management

Go the extra mile to make your customers feel empowered and confident at the beach

Mentor & motivate your team to personally embrace the lifestyle and brand to make Seafolly the most loved Australian swimwear brand

You have:

1. 2 years experience as a Assistant Store Manager or supervisory role.

Have previous experience in the fashion retail industry

VM experience is ideal





Have a proactive & enthusiastic approach to lead your team to success

Show exceptional people skills and a positive attitude

Have a love of collaborative teamwork and growing with your team
