We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Head of Ecommerce to lead and scale our global ecommerce function. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving ecommerce growth, optimising the customer journey, and leading the performance of our global online business.
You will work cross-functionally with Digital, Marketing, Creative, Buying, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver best-in-class ecommerce experiences that balance brand storytelling with commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute Outcast’s global ecommerce strategy
Drive revenue growth, conversion, AOV, retention, and overall site performance
Oversee the end-to-end customer journey across all regional websites
Lead and develop the Ecommerce and CX teams, creating a high-performance culture
Optimise onsite experience across desktop and mobile, including UX, navigation, checkout, and merchandising
Lead onsite trading, product merchandising, and conversion rate optimisation initiatives
Partner closely with Brand and Creative teams to deliver compelling onsite storytelling and campaigns
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Buying, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver seamless launches and trading moments
Analyse customer behaviour, performance trends, and market opportunities to drive growth




Work closely with Tech and Digital teams to prioritise and deliver site enhancements

Champion a seamless and elevated customer experience from landing page through to post-purchase

Skills & Experience

5+ years’ experience in ecommerce leadership roles, ideally within fashion, apparel, or high-growth consumer brands
Proven experience scaling a global ecommerce business in a fast-paced environment
Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of ecommerce KPIs including conversion, AOV, retention, and revenue growth
Extensive Shopify Plus experience and understanding of the ecommerce/martech ecosystem
Demonstrated experience building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams
Highly analytical with strong reporting and data interpretation skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and problem solving
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Genuine passion for fashion, customer experience, and brand storytelling
