Your new role As a Team Leader, you will lead and support the trade team while overseeing quoting, tendering, and service installations in line with policies and regulations. The role involves reviewing timesheets, conducting inspections, mentoring apprentices, and resolving technical issues to ensure quality and compliance.

You are also responsible for meeting performance targets, providing cost estimates, managing emergency responses, and completing hands‑on work using a range of tools and equipment. Key responsibilities include: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Ensure contract and service delivery meet KPIs and client expectations. Prepare and deliver monthly reports and manage client meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes. Regularly assess objectives and adjust plans for continual improvement and alignment with client needs. Develop a deep understanding of client needs and collaborate to create innovative solutions.
