Accommodation Portfolio Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Accommodation Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of guest accommodation properties. This role is responsible for the complete management of bookings from initial enquiry through to guest check-out and post-stay follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and property owners.

You will manage day-to-day operations, maximise occupancy and revenue, maintain exceptional property standards, and build strong relationships with owners, guests, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of guest accommodation properties to ensure high standards of presentation and service.

- Take full ownership of the booking process from start to finish, including handling enquiries, preparing quotations, confirming reservations, processing payments, coordinating guest communications, arranging check-in and check-out, and managing post-stay follow-up.

- Ensure all guest information, booking details, and documentation are accurate and up to date.

- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and property readiness to ensure every stay meets company standards.

- Respond promptly to guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and provide regular performance updates.

- Monitor occupancy, pricing,



and revenue, making recommendations to maximise portfolio performance.

- Manage online property listings and availability across booking platforms.

- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare reports on occupancy, guest satisfaction, and portfolio performance.

- Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in hospitality, accommodation, property management, or a similar customer-focused role.

- Proven experience managing bookings from enquiry through to completion.

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Experience using booking systems, property management software, and Microsoft Office.

- A full driving licence and willingness to travel between properties where required.
