Landscape Construction Supervisor / Leading Hand

About The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of residential landscape and pool projects, leading site teams and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
This role offers autonomy to run your projects within agreed timeframes and budgets, with support from an experienced management and design team. This is a hands-on role and not an office position.
Key Responsibilities
- Run projects on-site from start to finish
- Lead, mentor, and manage site crews and subcontractors
- Coordinate materials, plant, and deliveries
- Read and interpret plans, levels, and specifications
- Program works to meet deadlines and budgetsi>
- Maintain high-quality finishes and presentation on site
- Manage on-site problem-solving and variations
- Ensure all OH&S; procedures are followed
- Communicate clearly with management, designers, and clients
Skills & Experience
This role will suit an established supervisor or a strong leading hand ready to step into a leadership role.
You Will Bring
- Proven experience supervising residential landscape projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- Experience in: decks and timber features, concreting and tiling, stone work, block walls, and roof structures, plus irrigation, lighting and soft landscape elements
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or higher)
- Current driver's licence, own tools, and suitable trade vehicle
