About the role
- Deliver impactful wellbeing projects that enhance employee experience across Austin Health.
- Support initiatives that foster a positive, safe and engaging workplace.
- Build robust partnerships with stakeholders and represent wellbeing programs internally and externally.
- Analyse data and insights to drive evidence-based wellbeing strategies and improvements.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of wellbeing policies and practices.
About you
You will be someone who values making a difference at the human level, has the skills and attributes to deliver projects and drive innovation alongside a high performing team. A self-motivator who has a track record in innovation, creative problem solving and a willingness to participate in development and learn recent skills.
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring with you:
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including design, delivery and evaluation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships.
- Background in occupational health and safety or a related health field (or equivalent experience).
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyse data, apply insights and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
