Propeller is seeking a Director of Engineering to own the outcomes, structure, and health of a group of engineering teams. You will lead Engineering Managers, upskill, unblock, mentor, and align squads with the company's strategic goals.

You will hire and develop managers, design org structure, foster a culture of trust and innovation, and collaborate with Product, Design, and other leaders. The role includes mentoring senior ICs and shaping scalable, maintainable systems.
