We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. We have a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their families.

Job Description

Occupational Therapist with proven leadership experience to join our team in Taree, supporting OT clinicians and participants across the region.

Responsibilities

- Build a cooperative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
- Provide 1:1 clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development to graduate and early career OTs, alongside operational support.
- Manage your own caseload while delivering timely, high-quality therapy services to NDIS participants across home, school, and community settings.
- Assess participants with complex emotional, cognitive, developmental, and physical needs
- Use clinical observation and standardised assessments to develop evidence-based therapy goals
- Support team operations, referral allocation, and NDIS compliance

30.4 hours/week) or Full time

Qualifications

- Current Certified Practising Membership with AHPRA
- Proven leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians
- Strong organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseload
- Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying new ideas
- Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector
