Metcalf Heli Services is seeking asuitably qualified UH60 / S70 Utility & Fire Pilot licensed on theS70 Black Hawk to join our close-knit team.

The Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Long Line pilot to take a leading role as a full time UH60 / S70 Utility & Fire Pilot. You’ll be working as part of a small, dynamic team where your skills and input will be highly valued. Based at Essendon Airport
Key Responsibilities
- Lead black hawk pilot
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
- Answering to the CEO
- Collaborate with pilots, operations staff,
and other engineers to ensure aircraft readiness.
What We’re Looking For
- Current CASA licence required
- Type rating UH60/ S70
- Minimum 500 hours on type
- 2,000+ hours of Vertical Reference (100+ feet Long Line) experience
- Previous fire and utility experience is required
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a small team.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience working in commercial helicopter operations.
- Willingness to travel or work flexible hours as required.
