This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing practice with exposure to a broad range of complex commercial disputes and insolvency matters, while working closely with a highly regarded Partner known for their commercial approach, strong client relationships and commitment to mentoring and developing lawyers.

The Opportunity

You will work across a diverse mix of commercial litigation and insolvency matters, including:

- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Corporate and shareholder disputes
- Corporations Act matters
- Personal and corporate insolvency
- Corporate restructuring and insolvency litigation
- Property and development disputes
- Land resumption and compensation matters
- Regulatory investigations and prosecutions
- Professional disciplinary proceedings

The role offers significant client contact, autonomy, mentoring opportunities and the chance to further develop your own practice within a supportive national platform.

About the Team

You''ll be joining a well-established and respected disputes practice led by a Partner with extensive experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency. The team acts for a broad range of clients, including SMEs, developers, institutional organisations, insolvency practitioners, lenders, creditors, directors, professionals and regulators.





Known for delivering commercially focused advice and practical solutions, the team enjoys a strong reputation in the market and offers excellent mentoring, quality work and genuine opportunities for career progression.

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- 6+ years'' PAE (or equivalent experience) in commercial litigation and/or insolvency.
- Strong technical and drafting skills.
- Experience managing files with a high degree of autonomy.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset with a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution.
- A cooperative approach and an interest in mentoring junior lawyers.

Lawyers with strengths in either commercial litigation, insolvency or a combination of both are encouraged to apply.
