The Role You'll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts spanning multiple industries and verticals , running paid media across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads and beyond. You'll partner closely with the agency's amazing Account Management team to keep clients informed, confident, and consistently hitting target.

This is a senior, hands-on technical role, no direct reports, but plenty of influence. You'll be a go-to resource for the wider team, mentoring where it counts and setting the standard for what good looks like.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building, managing and optimising campaigns across a diverse portfolio of Tier 1 client accounts
- Owning performance against ROAS, CPA and lead targets, catching and correcting dips before they become client conversations




- Implementing and maintaining accurate GA4 and GTM tracking, and attribution setup, across your accounts
- Delivering clear, commercially sound reporting and recommendations
- Staying ahead of platform and AI-driven change, and sharing what you learn with the team

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 5 years in paid media, with a strong, demonstrable performance track record
- Hands-on expertise in GA4 and GTM, this one's non-negotiable
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Microsoft Ads
- Agency-side experience preferred, across multiple industries
- A team-oriented streak, you'll thrive working alongside Account Managers, not around them
- Comfortable owning a portfolio independently, with the judgement to know when to flag risk early
