About the Role
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to work across both our West Perth and Leederville sites on a casual basis. This role is the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and staff, and plays a key part in ensuring a welcoming and well‑organised environment. You will support daily administrative functions, manage front‑desk operations, and uphold Rosewood’s commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front‑desk reception support, including greeting visitors and managing enquiries
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and document preparation
- Maintain visitor records and support compliance processes
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support site teams with general administrative duties as required
- Uphold confidentiality and represent Rosewood with warmth and professionalism
About you
- Strong administrative experience, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or community services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- A warm, professional manner aligned with Rosewood’s values
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- High level of customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work as a positive and productive team member
- The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Experience in aged care or a similar regulated environment
- Certificate of Secondary Education or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems or resident management software
Mandatory Requirements
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
