Lumia Care company presents an exciting opportunity for Disability Support Workers to assist our clients living at home in Upper Central Coast (Wamberal, Wyong and surrounds) and Lower Central Coast (Umina, Wyong and surrounds).

What we're looking for
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care (highly regarded).
- Experience in either aged care, disability or community (a must).
- Robust communication and observational skills.
- Patience, reliability, and a gentle approach to care.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential).
Role Responsibilities
- Support clients in our community needing assistance with social support, transport to appointments, shopping or community outings.
- Provide personal care to clients with dignity and respect such as assisting with showering,
grooming and dressing.
- Continue to support clients to live in their own home by providing help with domestic assistance, meal preparation and most importantly, companionship.
Mandatory Requirements
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Police Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check.
- Full Australian Work Rights.
