This role is part of our National Estimating and Purchasing team and works closely with our amazing builders to ensure we’re an efficient and valuable part of their build.

We don’t just build homes - we build relationships, trust, and quality outcomes that last. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Estimator to join our team and help deliver accurate, confident pricing that supports successful builds.

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-focused Estimator to join our team at our Head Office in Darra, QLD on a full-time basis. In this role, you’ll manage your own workflow, work to deadlines, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure estimates are completed accurately and efficiently.

To succeed, you’ll be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

The role includes:

- Reading and interpreting building plans to carry out quantity take offs using a CAD based system
- Understanding customer specifications and providing appropriate solutions if required
- Ensuring accuracy of customer documentation and compliance requirements
- Estimating the materials and labour required on site specifics jobs
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Construction industry and product knowledge
- Methodical with robust attention to detail




- Organised and Accurate
- Ability to accurately read and interpret building plans and 3D CAD models
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook
- Sound knowledge and application of mathematics
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Hands-on experience with computer-based estimating packages
- Basic roofing knowledge
- Sound knowledge of Applicad Software preferred
- Training provided in Roof Wizard
- Proactive and interactive approach
- Takes responsibility and ownership of outcomes
- Positive team player
- Ability to collaborate with other stakeholders
- Comfortable having difficult conversations when required
