Moreton ATSICHS is seeking a Family Support Practitioner to work with the Birthing in Our Community (BiOC). You will provide social and emotional support, education, and coordinated care to pregnant women and families up to three years post-birth.
Responsibilities include facilitating engagement between women, midwives and providers, supporting healthy routines, and delivering culturally protected health promotion in both individual and group settings.
