Qualified Carpenter – High-End Residential Projects | Up to $120K + Super

We’re looking for a skilled Qualified Carpenter to join our growing team, working on luxury renovations and architecturally designed current builds across Sydney's Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches .

Our projects range from bespoke renovations through to custom homes valued at up to $5 million , with a reputation built on exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and strong client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Constructing and delivering high‑end residential renovations and new homes.
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
- Completing first and second‑fix carpentry to an exceptional standard.
- Working closely with Site Supervisors, trades, and subcontractors.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised worksite.
- Upholding the quality standards our award‑winning reputation is built on.

About You

- Qualified Carpenter (Certificate III in Carpentry).
- Ideally 2+ years post‑trade experience.




- Experience in high‑end residential construction is highly regarded.
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, professional, and a positive team player.
- Current White Card and driver's licence.
