Early Childhood Educator – Harmony Early Education Currumbin

We are looking for an educator to work in our 2–3 year old studio, creating play‑rich, safe and inclusive learning environments. The role involves celebrating each child’s strengths and building warm, trusting relationships with children and families. You will promote children’s rights, well‑being and sense of belonging, and collaborate with a team that values growth, support and respect.

You bring heart, curiosity and a genuine passion for early learning. You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident, capable and supported.

Qualifications & Requirements

- A Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying).
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion.
- A commitment to child and cultural safety.
- Understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.




- Collaborative, inclusive approach and desire to make a positive difference.

Location

Harmony Currumbin is located in the Currumbin Valley on the Gold Coast and provides care for up to 102 children aged from birth to 5 years.
