Coles Group Graduate Program offers two years of hands-on learning to develop future leaders, with three years for Finance Graduates. You’ll gain real deliverables, explicit ownership and accountability as you rotate through functions and complete a tailored development plan.
In year two, the Innovation Project gives teams a chance to tackle a genuine business challenge and present ideas to the Executive Leadership Team and Coles Board.
