Your Day-to-Day Will Include
- Making outbound calls across various campaigns

- Managing callbacks and follow-ups efficiently
- Updating CRM systems accurately
- Working towards achievable call and performance targets
What You’ll Bring
- 2–3 years’ experience in outbound calling, telesales,
or customer service
- Clear, professional Australian-level communication skills
- Strong organization and time management
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Positive, results-driven attitude
- Experience using CRM or call tracking systems (highly regarded)
