Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning of commercial, industrial and residential premises.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and polish floors.
- Dust, wipe and sanitise furniture, fixtures and high-touch surfaces.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens and common areas.
- Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and consumables.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report maintenance issues or hazards to management.
- Follow workplace health and safety policies and infection control procedures.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and within scheduled timeframes.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning duties.
- Reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Current Australian driver's licence is desirable.
