SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Safe operation of12-tonne and 16-tonne heavy forklifts in busy yard/industrial settings
- Loading, unloading, and maneuvering oversized, heavy, and bulk freight
- Conducting pre-start equipment checks and basic maintenance on machinery
- Assisting ground staff with rigging, load restraint, and safe placement of stock
- Participating in daily Toolbox Talks and site safety inductions
- Working collaboratively within a team environment to meet strict project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to ensure onsite safety and operational efficiency
WHAT YOU'LL GET
- $40 - $48 per hour + Super + Coinvest (depending on experience)
- Heavy overtime available – time and a half and double-time rates paid
- Weekly Pay – processed every week,
without fail
- Long-term consistency with real permanent full-time potential for standout workers
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Valid High-Risk Work License (LF Ticket)
- Proven experience operating 12-tonne and 16-tonne forklifts
- Valid White Card
- Full PPE (Hard hat, Hi-vis, Steel cap boots)
- Genuine desire to commit long-term and work well within a crew
- Own reliable transport
